Good enough for restaurant, all the better for us!
My favorite popular diner uses these knives, which is how I happened to hit on them to obtain for the family. Searched Amazon, found them, ordered them, they came in just a couple of days, and there's NO WAY you could beat the cost in any other store or mercantile. They are well made and sturdy and most of all SHARP! Steaks and chops don't have a chance! In daily use at the diner they survive well, they should last me my lifetime!

Best Value
A local restaurant uses this brand and I decided to try them after years of wasting money on supposed "high quality" steak knives that have to be sharpened and replaced constantly. This 24 pack will probably last for the rest of my life and they have an amazing edge.

Good knife for your basic meals!
My mother loves this knife. They use these in some Bbque restaurants. She only had one left. I looked at the brand of the knife, typed it into my computer and to my delight found it on Amazon. You won’t be disappointed with this one. It has to the sharp ridges to cut into your favorite meals like your steak, pork chop or burger, but with the rounded safety tip.

OK But nothing like the Tramontina knife from Brazil
Knives are OK as a steak knife but not versatile like the Tramontina commercial steak knives.

THE PRICE IS VERY GOOD BUT THE QUALITY IS NOT
I have a set of 12 knifes for about 8/10 years and I absolutely love them and would love to buy more because I use diary to cut fruit, vegetables, etc. I thought really was from China later after those years I read on the knife and discovered that was from Brazil, I tried to find out where I could buy the set and couldn't find, but my husband saw a set of 24 knifes from china for $ 9.79 than I decided to buy to compare to my older ones. When the knifes got in home I tried to cut a mango and was not sharp enough and giving me hard time than I got my Brazilian knife to cut and was very ease and very sharp. I will return them and buy from Brazil ones that is expensive but worth my money. Now I know the best treasure I had. China ones tried to copy but didn't work. The brand from Brazil is TRAMONTINA selling on Amazon about $ 35.00 a set of 24.
