Not fitting
Second one purchased. Both from different sellers. Do believe this is a Bissell problem with not providing correct specs.I am awaiting arrival of one directly from Bissell. It looks like it will not fit either but it is only a pic.

Adaptor
When I ordered the piece... I was under the impression that the adaptor connection would fit the base. It does not unfortunately.

Was not the right size charger! Too small
It looks like it would plug in correctly but it was way too small! Didn't need to charge it until two weeks later now im stuck with this thing! sucks!Also to add insult to injury, my vacuum model number is "compatible".

Didn’t work.
Unfortunately it did not work. Left plugged in for 24 hours and the battery did not recharge.
