Q: I'm new to this, the title description says "60 Inch Fabric by the Yard". Does that mean 60" L x 36" W? for the price of $3.68 Navy?

60" is width, then you purchase by the length, as many yards as you require @ $3.68 per yard.

Q: how do I order more, like by the yard?

Of course there will be an overhang and the edge is not hemmed but it will cover it nicely.

Works up very nicely

This fabric arrived more than 10 days before promised. It has more sizing spray on it than I anticipated but not really problematic, I used it for a quilt top. The width was a great plus. I would certainly purchase again.
