I got these cupcake toppers for police week. They are extremely adorable. The reason I’m giving them for stars is because you have to assemble them. They do not coming in assembled pack. You push the design out, and use the included adhesive to attach the sticks.

Sent wrong design
Over all both designs are cute, but I ordered 2 of the same ones. So, now I'm short toppers for a party in 2 days. Will return the ones I don't need

Doesn’t come put together.
Not put together gel type sticker was hard & wasn’t secure enough for sticks.
