It doesn’t comes with a protective case and strap. It’s always better to have a protective case so that we can keep the pacifier in the case after sterilizing and a strap to hold it in case, if the baby dropsMy baby doesn’t hold it for longer time compared to other competitive brands

The design on them gets faded with time
I don't have any comments apart from the fact that the design on them gets erased completly as you wash/sterilize them so it's hard to tell which one you dropped and needs washing. After a few weeks, they look the same, as the stripes and the dog design got removed.
