The product was un frozen when items arrived, the box had only 2 ice packs in the box no cooler I would like a refund or new order

I am very pleased with this product. Wasn't sure, but if you follow the directions on the package, the sandwich turns out really well. The bread is soft and buttery, and the flavor is as good as buying a sandwich from McDonald's only you pay a fraction of the price. Will definitely buy again!

Package arrive totally thawed out. Checked the temperature of the sandwiches and they were at 83.7 degrees. Never again
