Great Product for the Price Point
Great lift for the money - especially with FREE SHIPPING. I am by no means a professional motorcycle mechanic, but this lift is perfect for me to adjust/remove parts, change oil, polish rims, etc, etc, etc. It really saves my back! It is long enough for larger street bikes, so my dirt bikes look tiny on it. The front tire clamp adjusts to different positions, so it is a breeze once you get it set up. It comes fully assembled minus a few bolts that need to be inserted and tightened. It was also well crated for shipping so nothing was damaged. I've only used it a couple of times, but the surfaces seem very durable - and the red color is awesome in the workshop. I was going to buy a used one of these, but I think I went the smarter route and got a good one new!

Good Lift for the price
I discovered only After ordering via Amazon that:- it is actually the same lift as H.F. cheaper/couponed item,- Titan was actually proposing ~10% rebate directly on their website.I am probably not the most seasoned shopper...But:- the customer service was efficient and very helpful, + Amazon would have backed me up otherwise,- the lift was delivered as per my schedule, and until inside my garage: absolutely no-hassle experience,- good surprise was also that all the wheels are already mounted, just uncrate and roll it,After the first days of usage, I have noticed :- piston pedals work well, inviting nevertheless to do both pumping and release gently,- it is sturdy enough for a 400Lb Suzuki V-Strom, the attach rings provided are sufficient for the lateral strapping in my case,- I will do some little work to affix the rear inspection plate in place, as it stands slightly off,- I will find a better front wheel vise, the original one is not tall/strong enough,- my lift doesn't settle down totally completely at first, even when piston is totally depressed. it falls down the last ~1/4 of an inch by itself, ~ a minute later. I will check/solve this and make it sit /rest properly. All in all , and for the moment, I am satisfied, as it is exactly what I was looking for, considering my budget. My back is also thanking me for the purchase.(Picture attached from this pm session, replacement of sprocket shaft seal/ rear cylinder head cover seal/ clutch plates, etc, etc... please excuse the mess;o)May 2020 update:Hydraulic jack/piston defective within a year was replaced at no charge.Replacement piston suffered same issue after about 6 month : even after proper air bleeding procedure, internal seals failure precludes lifting up the plate.I did use it properly, releasing the pressure on piston as soon as possible every time the lift was up,Cheapest option now (passed guaranty period) is to open the jack/piston myself and change the seals. If it works well for another year that would be worth it.Nevertheless, poor design and low quality (I got what I paid for) being the principal suspects, next issue with it will find me in the market for a better lift.June 2022 Update. It was not the seals but only the valve, who has a little metal ball. Cleaning the valve and changingthe oil was easy and enough to solve the issue. I found particles of solid dirt in the valve area. All went back to normal after cleaning and refill. Still using the lift every week or so.Something to obviously avoid : trying to lift higher than the highest it is supposed to go, meaning the second hole for the clamp bar. Otherwise the piston seal will leak after release. The additional inch height is not worth the pain. Adding a mini lift under the bike once on the lift give you the extra height you may want. Or adding a wood board under the central stand : enough gain in my case to clear the forks out to change their seals. All in all it is a helpful tool. Not super sturdy but sturdy enough. Just pay attention : ensure the 4 wheels are each on the ground to avoid jiggling if garage floor uneven; don't over-shake a tall heavy bike once on it, even well strapped, etc... as it is only a light lift for amateur/week-end mechanics.Current price tag is about twice what I spent 4 years ago. That was before Covid and the rise of transport costs... I would love a better lift, but as it's aint broken I keep it running.

Excellent Buy
I ride a 900lb HD Electra Glide Ultra Limited. I've had my bike on the rack with it almost to full height without a problem. Takes a bit to foot pump it that far but for the price, it's worth the little bit of work. Two things I don't care for, the narrowness of the platform and the short ramp. I know you can buy platform extenders but I don't need them once the bike is up in the air. I need them for when I get on and get off the bike once up on the platform. So with a little shop work I made a ramp extension and 9" side extensions. With these 2 modifications I'm in HOG heaven when it's time to work on Gypsy!

Change the title
First off, it’s not pneumatic, it’s hydraulic but, it says it so in the headline. False advertising off the bat. That is all.

I'm extremely happy with the quality of this lift and there was ...
The lift arrived right on time but the crate had a large hole punched in the crate (obviously the shipping companies fault), luckily there was only a small scratch. I'm extremely happy with the quality of this lift and there was hardly any assembly time involved. I had my 01 HD electra glide classic up in the air 15 minutes after I opened the crate. I'm extremely happy with the stability at full height, I wish I would have purchased this lift a long time ago. I'll probably buy a second one.

Buy a lift local
Pay a lot of money and this is disappointing for me. Lots of wear Mark's on a brand new lift and hydraulic bottle does not release pressure. Owners manual and internet not helpful but will have to fab some parts make it work. Hopefully by spring it will be ready. Some people no problems. Figured out the release pedal, but goes on first then release pedal and then back tighten nut. Ramp is narrow for touring bikes. Table lift extensions are around 300.00 going to have these fabbed.
