This is an amazing vacuum sealer. Sleek and stylish. The pulse feature is perfect and I am surprised it hasn't been done sooner. No matter how hard I tried, I could never close the wrapper on crackers well enough to keep them from getting stale. With the pulse feature, I put the crackers, in the original sleeve, in a vacuum bag and was able to control how much air I wanted removed, sealed it without breaking a single cracker!I live in a humid climate and now I can keep items fresh and bug free. Left over uncooked pasta, brown sugar, all good.NOW HERE'S A REAL TIP! I cut the top off of a bag of potato chips, took out what I wanted and began to roll it up to put a clip on it. Looked at my sealer and had an "Eureka" moment. Chip bags are heat sealed! I put the bag in place, used the pulse to remove air without crushing them, then using the add time to sealer button, I HEAT SEALED THE CHIPS IN THEIR ORIGINAL BAG! 2 days later, I cut the bag close to the seal and had more fresh chips and again I could reseal the bag! I have hundreds of mason jars of all sizes and I am going to get the accessory to be able to seal in them as well. I now keep the stylish sealer on my counter top and I am using it for more and more items.The only con so far, the cutter on my sealer has to be fiddled with to get it to cut the bag. I actually have to spread the track a little bit to push it down far enough have the cutting edge contact the bag. If seller sees this maybe they could let me know how to resolve it!

After a short time the cutting blade started to not cut. I called Tktk direct and was told I couldn't order a replacement. But shortly thereafter I was contacted again by Chris and was told that they contacted the manufacturer and I would receive a new blade soon. In about 20 days I received 2 new blades and an assortment of other replacement parts. Thank you Chris. You're awesome. Best customer service ever.

Little suction, cutter difficult to use.

I have used it several times now for flash-frozen and fresh fruits and veg, fish, meats.So far so good. The instructions that came with the machine are very minimal so it is helpful to read the instructions that came in the email (received from the seller after purchasing) that suggests putting a rolled up paper towel at the top of the packing for wet things like pitted cherries. The paper towel doesn't take it much space at all and really seems to help for very juicy items. I was able to vacuum seal fresh fish without needing to do that. It's too early to tell how things will be after they thaw but I'm not concerned. That result will be more related to the product that goes in it than the device working.There was a short learning curve and I don't feel like I wasted the bags doing that. The sealing edge is closer to the front edge of the machine then might be apparent at first, so paying attention to that can save a lot of bag material. Once you figure out where to place the bag for the vacuuming you should not have any trouble.I especially like that I can just take it out of the cabinet, use it instantly, and put it back instantly. Very quick and easy, And I really like the built-in bag storage and bag cutter. It makes the flow go faster and easier.

Not only does this product not work and is a total waste of money, there is no customer support and no instructions provided in English. I should have realized when the first one I ordered did not work. I should have never given them the benefit of my doubt and requested a full refund when I could. The second machine only worked once only to seal the package it never did a prober vacuum seal. I have emailed customer support several time with no reply before writing this review to warn all buyer beware. I have learned a valuable lesson in consumerism and won’t buy any nock off products in the future! If I could have given zero stars as an option aI would have!

It worked good 14 months. Now when I try to seal a bag the sealer gets too and melts the bag.

The Amazon van is nearly at my house everyday, yet this is my first review I’ve ever done. This machine works FAST on sealing items. When I do something I want it done fast and right and that is exactly how this machine is. It is easy to use and has made my life simple when it comes to freezing items. It has allowed my husband and I to purchased over 100lbs of meat in bulk because the vacuum sealer can use a wide variety of bags sizes so we can freeze just about any type of meat we want. There is a bag cutter in there that makes it easy to get rid of extra, then all you do is line up the bag press 2 buttons and your done!!! It is worth the money.I had some questions at the beginning because I never had a vacuum sealer and the seller of this product is absolutely AMAZING!!!

I have had many vacuum sealers. This is the best priced I have used.
