it worked fine but if you are using it with an Elgado Wave 3, you will need to cut off the top, and install it upside down if you want to keep the use of your mute button

The clamp is horrible. Made from poor materials, sheds metal shavings when tightening the clamp, and the adhesive padding is really bad. Serves its purpose though.

I disliked that it doesnt hold itself on the position you set it for as much as you tighten it. I use it for my elgato 3 and it doesnt work at all

I have a weird shaped desk but after messing with it, it works great, very strong hold, you place it in one pose it stays

Considering the price, this stand works very well and I'm happy with It. I position the stand in front of me and move it up and down throughout the day when I need to use the mic and move it up when not in use. The springs are strong and this works well.

Works as designed only down side is your not able to use the mute button on the top of the mic with it installed with out modifying the filter and making a hole Also has a very strong chemical smell so I recommend letting it air out once removed from package before use close up to your face as the smell can be overbearing

The foam at the top covers the mute button on top of the Wave:3 microphone, making it impossible to use the hardware mute function.I worked around this by cutting the foam at the top, but that obviously means you can't return it if you don't like how it sounds.
