I Got this brand new in a sealed box. I've only had it a few days but so far I'm really happy with it. There are a lot of reviews about this tablet being slow. It is a tiny bit slower then my cellphone, but over all the speed is perfectly fine when using my apps and using google search engine. And i havent had any problems with speed when having multiple tabs open. When I first set up tablet when it arrived, downloading the apps onto this device was a slow process. Not unbearably slow but slower then my 800 dollar apple iPad. I got this tablet for $90, so it is expected that it's not going to be as fast and fancy as a more expensive device. But after my tablet was all set up I didn't have any issues with speed that would bother me. I really like it. Keep in mind when buying this you get what you pay for. Compared to just about every tablet out there, this is dirt cheap with only 32gigs of storage. But It's great as a back up device for my purposes. To have just in case my cellphone gets lost or breaks, I dont want to leave my 800 dollar ipad in my hotel room when I go on vacation so this will be a great extra device to bring with me. This is also good for my Kindle, so my books dont take up storage on my cellphone. I've been using it a lot more then i expected and I think it's a really good device. I highly recommend it. Just make sure it meets your needs before buying and you won't be disappointed.

This tablet is not slow, regardless of what some of the reviews say. Of course I don't use it for gaming. I use it for everyday things like browsing, texting, checking Mint Money, email, Netflix, etc. It is not *quite* as zippy as my iPad, but it also didn't cost $600. I was concerned about it slowing down when the Android update came around, but it just updated to Android 13 this morning and it's still plenty fast! I did disable as much of the Samsung bloatware as it would let me and uninstalled or hid the other apps I never use. I'm quite pleased with it. I had an old Tab A that was very slow when browsing and it was capped at Android 9. This one blows that Tab A out of the water and even has a larger, brighter screen. I may use this instead of replacing my iPad (which is having issues). I like the 8.7" screen. The iPad always seemed a bit big, but I wasn't ready to shell out $500 for a mini. Update 4/12/23: For those finding things to be a bit slow, make sure you turn OFF the RAM Plus "feature". It slows everything down. Go to settings->battery and device care->memory->RAM Plus-OFF. It really makes a lot of difference!

Bought 2 of these for my 2 youngest grands. Bought protective casees as well for each. They have been great, had them a couple years now. They have held up well for 2 kids under 8. I have seen them walk on them & of course drop them & they are great, with a good protective case of course. I would definitely buy again if/when needed. The picture looks like the screens are scratched but that is just the protective screen.

I bought 1 feb. 2023 for my son and loved it so much I bought another for myself in November. My son was 2 at the time and now he is 5. Screen finally cracked after his cousin's got ahold of it and I have bought another one. This will be my forever go to tablet for kids due to the kids app and parental control! The response is still good and had not slowed much even with several apps downloaded. Connecting to hot spot or headphones is very easy. Even with the screen cracked it still works no problems.

The item is as described. Unfortunately it is not liking Microsoft Word or Excel app and is not compatible with the Amazon app. I hope it will be compatible with a kindle app. It's faster than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A from 2017 that I still currently have. I can't say much about the new one at this time cause I haven't totally set it up like the last one. Disappointed about the Microsoft not working as an app but I hope i can use it online. I tried to use the Excel online but the keyboard to type in the cells was intermittently working. Very frustrating. I'm not giving up yet.

Superou as minhas expectativas. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente bem!!! O vendedor mandou na caixa, com fones de brinde. No meu caso foi a minha primeira compra. Eu não sabia como funcionava direito e na pressa acabei pagando o imposto (no meu caso o valor do imposto já estava incluso no valor total), mas consegui resolver com o vendedor que deu total atenção e fez o reembolso do valor do imposto.

Nice little tablet. Not the most powerful, but if you plan on watching Netflix, YouTube or anything else this works great. The size is good also, not to small, very lightweight, so, it is easy to pack when traveling.
