Seemingly well made, and the pump action works well. Just keep in mind these are for the thicker "gel" type soap and will not "foam" foaming soaps.**SECOND UPDATE 11/18/2017**The customer has sent me replacement tops for free, hopefully this will solve the sticking pump issue, I will update after a few months of use. This was very nice and rare for companies these days. I added the pictures of the card and replacement. I am re-adjusting my stars (again) to reflect their good customer service. Thank you!* * *FIRST UPDATE 10/20/2017* * * The pump mechanism is already getting stuck in the down position. While cleaning the top trying to fix the pump mechanism I found the top metal pieces are already rusting after a month and a half of use so obviously parts or maybe none of it is actually stainless. False advertising, do not buy. I am changing my review to 1 star.

This product is terrific! However the company is even better! I threw out the washer by mistake and when the company asked for my opinion of the product I set it leaked around the lid. The representative asked if i put the washer in--oops, "no I didn't" I replied and told what I had done. I was told they would send a replacement free of charge. They not only did that but sent two! Awesome customer service, thank you so much, even when I made the mistake.

Purchased in December of 2016, looks nice, but within a couple of months the "stainless steel" began to get rust on it, so obviously of lower quality stainless with less alloy content. By the time I had it for about 5-6 months, the pump started working so-so and continues to dispense more erratically as time goes by. Looks nice, but to me, questionable quality at best, only slightly over a half year since purchase and would be surprised if lasts the first full year before failing. Can't say at this point it was worth the 12 bucks.

I purchased these pumps to use with some mason jars I had that I was not using and together they make a very unique and attractive addition to the bathrooms where they are being used. I had one lavender mason jar that matches the décor in my master bathroom and this was the perfect finishing touch to the room. I could not be happier with the results. The pumps function well and after using for about one week, I have not had any issues with leaking, rusting, etc. I expect that these will last for some time-or until I decide I want something else!I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

This works great. I use mason jars for soaps and had purchased two jars that came with lids. They rusted so badly that I ended up having to struggle to get the lids removed in order to replenish the soap. Well I ended up cracking the mason jar trying to remove the lids. So I saw this and gave it a try. I bought good old ball jars and put this lid on it and I have had no problem removing the lids. I would highly recommend these lids!

I have had my stainless steel dispenser lid for 12 days now. I love how it looks and the fact that if it does get any water spots on it, they wipe off easily. So far there is no sign of rust, and I hope it stays that way. The fact that it is designed with a plastic liner underneath the lid will probably help keep the rust away. When I took my old lid off to put this one on, there was rust on top and underneath the dispenser lid dripping down into the soap. There was also condensation under the old lid. This lid was double the price of the jar and original lid combined. However, it appears to be very well made and a quality product. I hope that I will not be disappointed.July 25, 2017 - I absolutely love this soap dispenser! I have had it almost 6 months now. NO RUST! Water spots just wipe off and it looks new all over again. I am so glad that I bought it!

This pump DOES NOT fit the short mason jars. It is not wide enough. It only fits the large jars. I was extremely disappointed when I received it. Who wants a large mason jar sitting on their counter.Can be used for an office restroom with high traffic but it makes no sense for a home. The jar will take up too much space and not be as cute and dainty as it appears in the Images.On the upside, the stickers/labels are nice (mine came with 3 options) and it also comes with two “straws” for the pump, which allows you to cut to your specification.

this is my second one of this style. The other items bought started rusting after a couple of months of use. This one is almost a year old and there is not rust. Be sure the plastic washer is in the right place. I wish the top pumper was sturdier and put out more soap but all in all very happy with this
