My hair was at a level 8/9 when I applied this yellow hair dye. It is super bright. I was surprised how long it lasted and retouched the color after it faded in about 6 weeks. I would buy this yellow again!

The media could not be loaded. I wore this color for 3 weeks and it held up great, even though I used regular shampoo. The base is dyed blond. It only took one coloring and there was no trace of yellow pigment left on my hair. I recommend it to those who want a bright color without damaging their hair. All the passersby complimented me when they met me 😄

Nice and bright, works well, doesn't fade too fast. One of the better iro iro colors in my opinion, and I get a lot of compliments on it. Not a lot of people dye their hair yellow.

What I love about Iroiro Yellow is that it's a very "true" yellow. Most yellow fashion dyes have a strong undertone--for example, Arctic Fox's Cosmic Sunshine has an orange undertone, while their Neon Moon has a very green undertone. Iroiro's yellow is a bright, clear, "Big Bird" yellow. I love it on its own but since it's a primary yellow hue it is also really useful for mixing with other colors. I like to use it to peach up pinks and warm up greens. It has good staying power for a yellow. It smells nice and the packaging is really convenient. I have tried Iroiro Platinum as well, and it's also great! It's the only "silver" hair dye I've come across that doesn't lean hard blue or violet. It's just GREY. I will be trying more of their shades in the future!

It isn't permanent hair color, and I haven't used the yellow by itself- I mix it with pink and orange to get the right tone for me. That said, it survived 4 days in Puerto Rico complete with chlorine, sun,beach, sand, bug spray, hiking, and multiple showers a day with minimal fading.

If you prime your hair first (I recommend Unicorn bleach) then there is no bright hair dye that even compares to Iroiro. I will never use another brand!
