Bad instructions, still a great product.
Well the instructions were written for a different part than came with mine but it was still fairly intuitive. I had a very easy time putting it together and I have little experience with plumbing. If yours comes like this, just add the rubber washer, then the plain metal washer then thread the final washer on in the direction that allows you to get to the screw heads the tighten them. Once you've tightened the screws it should be stable Overall, very pleased with this faucet. Especially for the price. No leaks, everything works as expected. Looks nice and was packaged nicely to prevent damage in shipping. All the hoses and hose weight were included. The hose fit my pre existing fittings so I assume they're a standard size. The hoses are even color coded for hot and cold water!

Good value
Good value. I live in an old city apartment that had a crappy faucet. Bought this and had the super install it for me. What a difference it makes in how the kitchen looks! Not to mention making it so much easier to wash large pots and pans.

Not the same quality that they used to be
This is my second purchase of this same product. The first one was real nice, and only needed replaced due to our water being very hard on cheap brass/copper fittings, but I was happy with the product for the price. - This second one is complete garbage. They changed several parts from the previous "same model", which made installation more difficult, and then after using it for 2 days, both the sprayer nozzle and the main body are leaking water. The nozzle might just be poor design, but the main body leak is definitely coming from poor manufacturing. The cartridge is fully installed and the retaining nut is very tight, but water still weeps from the cartridge area. This may be causing the nozzle to leak also, but I can't prove it, because I don't want to make it worse by trying to remove the cartridge .. the nut is extremely tight.
