Exactly What I Needed – Affordable, Effective, and Easy to Use
My dog is usually very moody when you go near his feet, but surprisingly, he actually likes this grinder! I think the quiet motor and gentle feel made a big difference for him. He stayed calm the entire time, which has never happened before with regular clippers. The grinder operates quietly, is easy to hold, and the rechargeable feature is super convenient. For the price, this tool offers incredible value. It’s made nail trimming at home a breeze and saved me a trip (and money) at the groomer.Highly recommend this to any pet owner looking for an affordable and reliable nail grooming solution!

Great product
My only complaint is that 2 of my 3 dogs hate the vibrations and we have to use it with the clear cap off because their nails don’t fit inside the small hole. It works well most of the time but sometimes it slows down when you start cutting the mail with it and so you have to stop for a second and let it speed up again. It is very durable though and very easy to use.

Perfect for puppies!
The puppy might not like it, but it works great! Very quiet and great price. I love how it catches all the grindings and does not leave a mess.

It's ok
Dogs aren't crazy about allowing this, but the product overall works well. I am not a fan of cutting dogs nails so grinding works to not make them bleed.

Motor is as quiet as a Glass Rabbit.
What do I *dislike* about the product? Hmm... Maybe... Not having a replacement head. Though, the grinder wheel is of sufficient quality that ensures it's longevity. Only other thing is the wheel guard, large breed nails require you remove protective shield. What I *like* about the product? Darn near everything.Ergonomically friendly, you won't have to worry about your hand cramping etc.Quiet as a Nun's fart during mass. Until the wheel touches their nails (that is an unavoidable circumstance though)It grinds through nails very quickly. I am definitely impressed. My 1st dog I only did his nails 1 time in 14yrs. Pulling me on a skateboard kept his nails super short. Ammo, age 10, was no longer able to pull me at 35mph for 40+ miles. I tried. Failed. And just paid the vet for it after that. If I would have had this? Oh man. This product will pay for itself the 2nd time you need to use it.Worth every red ¢P.S.I have a couple of toenails myself that are not only hard to cut, but painfully deformed (I dropped a hot tub on them 20 years ago). I have struggled with one specifically more than the others, it is 5 layers thick (growing one layer over the other). With this animal nail grinder I was able to grind down MY OWN nail a couple days ago and I look forward to seeing how well it grows back. Now, I have no other product to base a comparison off of, however, I would 1,000,000% recommend this for anyone. Very easy to use.

I am absolutely amazed at how easy this is to use and how quiet it is.
I hate cutting my dogs nails... always worried about hitting the "quick" and having to deal with a bleading dogs feet. Our family has had a dog in our life for the last 30+ years and none of the dogs liked getting their nails cut. This arrived last week, I charged it fully and then gave it a shot. 1 year old chihuahua/Daschund mix. I used the low setting at first and she squirmed and I had to hold her for a few minutes. By the time I got to her back feet she was chilling. Her nails had never really been cut before so they were long. I took off 1/8th-1/4 inch the first time. This morning, I picked her up, put her on my lap, and just pulled out the gadget on the high speed. She literally just chilled while I removed another 1/8th of an inch. Freaking awesome gadget. Next, I may try this on the cat.

Not for bigger dogs
I've bought other nail grinders that stopped spinning the second I put my dog's nail against it. This one actually keeps spinning, but it doesn't do much at actively grinding down my dog's nails. Mind you, my dog is roughly 50lbs and so his nails are very thick and hard to cut. But for a smaller breed, this would work great. There's hardly any noise and has great power. It's easy to use, but on smaller dogs. Still, even larger nails fit in the space given to grind, you're just going to have to sit there for awhile and really try to sand it down.

It works!
My chihuahua still wouldn’t let me use this on him. It’s not loud but still no. It has a light that helps you see the quick. Got an old canvas bag - cut 4 holes for paws. Then hung bag by each handle to a sturdy plastic hanger. Hung it up in closet. Then put my little chihuahua in it. His paws were sticking out and I was able to use this to sand down his nails! Success!
