Compact and easy to extend and retract
Absolutely fabulous ladder. Takes up less than 4 ft of space extends up to 20 ft it does get a little wobbly towards the top but it supported my 260 lb with no problem

Super high quality at great price.
I don't write a ton of reviews. Only when something is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. This ladder is exceptionally good! I bought it to use with my campervan. It is so light and compact, yet not cheaply made. It is solid. The extension is so easy as well as retraction. I expected it would be cheaply made for the price and would just get the job done. Far better than that. Quality is high.

Convenient, but flexes more than I'm comfortable with.
It's easy to transport, easy to store, collapses down really small. Easy to raise and easy to lower (just watch your fingers!). But when extended and I climb it, it flexes enough under my weight that it doesn't feel sturdy. It hasn't actually broken or anything, and probably won't, but the bend in the poles when I climb it makes me nervous anyway. I only weigh 180 lbs, so it's not like I'm at or exceeding the carry limit. Otherwise, it's a great portable ladder!

Easy to store and use
Works well. Make sure to keep your fingers out of the way when collapsing the ladder.

CHEAP LADDER / BAD COMPANY !
The company which has this product made me wait for about 2 weeks for the shipping label , so when they finally sent it UPS told me all it was is there address and the label sent said " doesn't cover shipping " fine print ! so then I had to pay $44.00 to send the POS ladder back to them on top of everything else of in convenience ! This is not Amazons fault at all but this is a terrible cheap product defective right out of the box and a bad company to deal with also !

Great for getting jobs done around the house without a large ladder taking up a lot of space.
I bought this because I have a long architectural ledge that runs along my living wall that's about 9 feet up, where I keep a few art pieces and decorations. Getting up there to clean, add things, and put decorations up for holidays is a hassle. Prior to buying this, I had to drag the 12-foot ladder out of the garage, set it up, and move it every couple of feet, it was very cumbersome. I thought this might be better, and I was right.First of all, it's very compact for what it does. It folds down neatly and has a strap to keep it tight between uses. It fits in my broom closet next to my vacuum. It's not very heavy, it has some weight but that's to be expected if you want something that can safely hold up the weight of an adult. Each step locks up into place as you expand the length of the ladder so you can adjust the height for just what you need it for. I suggest you start expanding from the bottom so you don't have stacked steps to try and climb onto when you're climbing the ladder. The ladder has a little bit of flex as you're using it, but I haven't had any safety issues with it and it is a multi-jointed ladder, unlike a solid a-frame, so I understand why the flex is there.I have used this ladder inside my home and outside and I love it. Take precautions to follow the ladders instructions upon folding for storage so you don't hurt your fingers and each step drops back down into position.I love it! Highly recommended!

Large distance between rungs. Most useful when fully extended. Partially extended, not so much.
The 20ft ladder: it's easy to extend fully, extending each rung starting from the top.Collapsing the ladder: watch those hands and fingers--keep them out of the way to avoid getting crushed--and be prepared for loud bang as each section collapses downward with the weight of any rungs above it.For lower height jobs, say you only want to extend 10 feet, the ladder is nearly useless. You can't just extend from the top to go 10 feet. If you do, the lower rungs are still collapsed and you'll have no place to step onto the ladder. You can attempt to extend from the bottom rung up, but the weight makes it difficult to extend, and once you extend to a certain height, you can't reach the top rungs to extend them. You might alternate top rung, bottom rung, or some other combination to get the best height, but it's tricky. The ladder works best if you are extending fully. Use a different ladder for lower heights.Ladder does flex a lot! Always work with a partner to hold the ladder to increase stability and to keep it from slipping. The ladder doesn't have any bumpers or braces, so be careful not to scruff up your walls with the top section as you extend/collapse it. There's nothing to distribute weight, and because if flexes a great deal, the top section will move against the wall.I tested it to reach the ceiling of a two-story foyer. It was easy enough to maneuver it around a chandelier and window get it into position against the wall. The rungs are spaced very far apart. That will take some getting used to, so climb slowly and deliberately.
