I love how it helps control your portions because even when we are eating healthy; we could be eating more calories. I had a Gastric sleeve in 2016 and have gained some weight. This has helped my stomach pouch to shrink again the plate is sturdy material and easy to use wash/clean. My dietician recommended it and I am very pleased with my purchase. It it helping in my Weightloss journey along with other life style changes again.

Second time I bought this, as I resumed learning about appropriate portion sizes as a goal to continue healthy eating. Of course, it’s just a plate! But the visual sections are quite helpful - and a good reminder that vegetables should be the main portion on your plate.

liked it !But.. I prob should of looked more in detail because the plate and portion size is a little big for my Bariatric friends. I did think its great for getting a idea that gives a blue print of how portion control make look like.

Excellent plate for portion control. The divisions in this plate were just what I was looking for as well as the 10 inch size. It is a great reminder to eat the appropriate amounts of proteins, carbs and vegetables. It's durable, light weight and cleans well. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!
