12-Pack 3 Gallon Thickened Non-Woven Grow Bags, Aeration Fabric Pots with Handles

Just purchased my second set. They have held up fantastically even being left to the elements over the winter. I need more bags. My plants grow well in them, and I'm able to move delicate plants indoors if need to escape frost. I think they are a great price since if you go to a box store & buy 5-gallon buckets, they are more than $5 each.

I wanted a patio garden that I could modify without a lot of exertion since I am past the age of exertion, haha. These 5-gallon bags are sturdy and have handles and are easy to move around. They material allows for breathing and drainage. They are durable and into their second year of use with no signs of deterioration even after exposure to a lot of heat, rain, snow, etc. I am happy with the 12 I got, and tempted to get a dozen more because I still have some patio space available.

We planted 25 bare root White Pine trees in these last Spring. By the time we put them to bed for winter, we still had 24 healthy, growing trees. Moving them to a suitable spot to winter was VERY easy as we were able to lift them into a trailer with the handles. We will permanently plant them next Spring and/or Fall, but in the mean time will buy more of these and start a whole new set of 25 next Spring. These grow bags are GREAT!

I incorporated these grow bags into my garden this past season and found them to be an effective addition to create more garden space. The bags drained well, which does mean more frequent watering, but also prevents oversaturation of the soil. The ten gallon size was great for peppers and herbs, but may have been a bit small for potatoes. After the season I emptied the bags and they seem to still be in good shape to use again next year. I will probably purchase more in different sizes for next season.

These grow bags are awesome!We used them for peas, tomatoes, cucumbers, and corn. Between the bags and using all compost/manure soil we had delicious fresh produce through the beginning of November! (We are in Baltimore, MD). We had so many neighbors and friends amazed at how well everything grew and how plentiful each crop was.

I used them to transport some shrubs I dug up. They worked great. Good quality.

I ordered the 7 gallon size and they are pretty small for "7 gallons." They are smaller than a 5 gallon plastic bucket. I don't believe this manufacturer has a firm grasp on the imperial system of measurement.
