The best pie pan ever. And because it’s Lodge, it will last a lifetime and I’ll pass it down one day with the one passed to me from my grandmother so actually these pans last for 4, 5, 6 generations and continue to crank out delicious food without any toxic stuff in it

Who doesn't love Lodge! you can't go wrong with this brand. The cast iron has great heat distribution and cooks food evenly, pie crusts come out the perfect color and flaky. you have to season the pan correctly to prevent sticking. This is a great value for your money and easy to clean. it's the normal size of a pie plate just a little heavier.

Great pie pan
You cannot beat cast-iron, it cooks thoroughly and for once my piecrust bottom is not moist or soggy when the pie is done, it was nice and flaky. I won’t use any other pan. to bake my pies.

This pie pan works great, but the first couple of times you use it for a specific application/recipe you need to check doneness early and frequently until you understand how the pan transfers oven heat to the contents. Once you understand that baking times can be different for different pan materials and thicknesses you'll be a much happier baker. This pan is very tough and should provide the user a lifetime of wonderful service if it is cleaned and used properly.

Exactly as expected. Usual Lodge quality. Good factory seasoning. Also works as a ‘press’, like for panini or other sandwiches, etc.

Makes the best pies! If you’re used to glass or ceramic pie dishes, you’ve got to try cast iron!
