First the bad... 4 nuts missing...Other than that the product arrived early, and packaged well.Instructions are for the mechanically inclined. I saw some reviews saying that the instructions were junk NOT TRUE...Another comment was that you needed a mallet to align them... again... NOT TRUE. Like any other job... DO NOT tighten up anything until all bolts are installed. If you do the bar might not align.Lastly, I much rather the bolts were black, since my Nerf bars are black but nothing a quick dab of black paint could not fix after I installed it.Overall what I got for the price is awesome.

These bars look great on my 16 Jeep Wrangler. I purchased the chrome ones and they arrived very quickly, 2 days early actually. Only 4 stars because I didn't like the bolts that attach the brackets to the side of the frame. They are too small for the holes. Everything else is good tho but I'll have to replace those bolts. The instructions were pretty clear except for the photos. Some were hard to see. Overall though it was a pretty simple install and shouldn't take you more than 30-45 mins if you've never installed something like that before. Also these were $100 less than any of the other sites online selling them so it's definitely a great deal.

Although everything went on and look good, the instructions were for a 2007-2012 and the heading to order said 2007-2018 jeep jk 2 door. Mine is a 2014. Tubes were marked wrong and after mixing bolts around where they would fit, it finally went to together. It is obvious that lack of attention to detail in packing was lacking.

Everything fit my 2018 JK just fine… Follow the easy to understand instructions and you will have no problems…

Great product, not the first time buying it. You need to use a rubber mallet to persuade the product to line up the pieces for the actual board once the brackets are installed. My product is great quality but we were missing an entire set of nylon nuts and had to improvise. Instructions were extremely hard to read and the pictures were worn out and barely visible. Otherwise great end result.

I ordered this for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Had some issues with the bolts, mainly the housing started moving as I was tightening the bolts and I couldn't tighten them any further. I contacted the company about the issue, they offered a full replacement but I already have the rails installed, so they offered me a partial refund instead. The customer service was excellent, and while my parts were slightly defective, they really look great on the Jeep and function well.

I would have given this a five star but here's the reason why. When i open the box it look good it was a five star right away but when i inspect the pieces the tube for the passenger side have a big dent in it, good thing its on the bottom so its not noticeable so that's like a half star deduction, then the nuts, bolts and washers that came with it its all galvanized, my jeep is black they could have sent me some black bolts and nuts, so that's another half star deduction. When i was installing it a couple of nuts seized up and the allen head bolt stripped, i have to cut the bolt to get it out plus some of the bolts are under sized, and that is a one star deduction. And the worst of them all, it was missing a set of bolts nuts and washers for the 4th mounting bracket, that's another star deduction. I replaced all galvanized bolts, nuts, and washers with stainless steel, so it wouldn't rust, because that thing is mounted on the bottom of the jeep, also i painted it all black so it would blend with my jeep color. But other than that it look good.

Came a little scratched up , shorted me 6 bolts , 4 of one and 2 of another . Instructions were photo copies of photocopies very hard to see ,Straight forward installation once you match up all the proper hardware
