Not good for health
I ordered for second time but just realized that it's leading for dry cough, and breathing problem and also I put on weight..I do love this chalk but now I guess I can't damage my health

I love it, but you must be careful, it leads to constipation
I loved it because it is the taste that I imagined and wished for, but when it arrived, it must be left outside the bag for 4 to a full day in order to get the taste you want, and you must drink plenty of water and not swallow it every time
