Magic Scholars Educational Subtraction Math Flash Cards (0-12, All Facts), 169 Cards with Two Rings (0-12 Subtraction)

These flash cards are very sturdy, are not at all see through and are easy to handle. The set was 100 percent complete and accurate. My daughter was struggling to learn her times tables until she started using these flash cards. Both sides of each card are dedicated to a the same/single problem. This is great for visual learners and is SO MUCH better than the sets that have different problems on each side.

I looked at several flash card packs before finally deciding on these and I'm so glad I did. These cards are heavy-duty and the quality of card, printing, and design are all excellent. They come in a durable box that's a perfect size for storage. My 8 year-old has been working at memorizing all her multiplication tables and these have been a huge help in getting her "reps" in for practice. The two metal rings that were included are great as well; once my daughter knows she's mastered a table, she'll add it to one ring and then use the other ring to keep the cards she's still working on separate. I also liked these cards because they are not designed like others that show the problem from the opposite side of the card, it's just one problem per card with the answer and multiplication grid on the back. They're really great flash cards!

Great quality cards. It is so nice to have a full set as some kids need to see the problems printed both directions for their brain to really memorize the fact.

These are great! I love the ring that hold them together. This is perfect for when we are in the car and home. It’s so nice to keep them together in one place. They are very study and big so they are easy to read.

I got these for a grandson just starting to learn multiplication, and he likes them. They are thick and seem durable, so I think he will get a lot of use from them.

Great cards. Super heavy duty and easy to read. Rings keep them all together.

I love these cards. They are THICK! And the ring to hold the cards is amazing. I love how the answer to the problem is on the opposite side with a visualization of the quantity.

UPDATE: I also purchased the multiplication cards and they were missing 8x3. But they had 3x8.I purchased both the addition and subtraction sets and I'm leaving the same review on both.I love these for PreK-2nd grade because I can sort them by "groups" of facts easily and focus on what you're needing to teach or review. These are a great teaching tool - on the back of each card is the answer as well as a visual aid to help teach each fact, which makes them great for preschool as well.My second favorite thing about these cards: This deck actually includes all of the facts: 0+0 through 12+12. The subtraction set has the same corresponding facts. (24-12 through 0-0). 169 cards total! Huge deck of cards. If you're looking for a small deck of cards to put on one ring, this deck is not for you and I recommend FlashKids instead.They have a rounded corner for easy sorting (you don't accidentally show the side with the answer) and a hole punch to keep them on rings if you choose. You can fit half of each deck on one of the 2 rings provided and flip the cards easily.They store fine in the box if you're keeping half of the deck on the ring. But if you sort by groups and only want some of the cards on the ring, they start to not fit as well. Not a big deal, since a ring gets cumbersome with re-sorting and I personally prefer to not use the ring with the cards I'm currently using. They fit very well in the box without the rings too.The cards are thick and durable. More than other flashcards I've ever used. I cannot see the answers through the card unless I hold them up very close to a light and specifically try to see through them. Because they are so thick, you can't "shuffle" like you would with a normal deck of cards, but mixing them up is easy enough. Working with little children, I definitely prefer thicker and more durable!The box is beautiful, sturdy, and has ample space for the cards and rings. Love the box too!I received all of the cards and the answers on the back were correct. However, one card per set (14-7 and 7+5) had a misprint (the wrong side was printed on the back) and I've contacted the company for a replacement and am waiting for a response. The whole point is to save me the time of making my own cards and I can easily fix one card, I'm still very satisfied with the cards overall. I have yet to find a deck of cards that is perfect, either they're not a good tool or they come with one card misprinted or worse, with the wrong answer on back! 2 out of 338 cards isn't bad! So these are still my preferred deck.I prefer a smaller deck for my older children (grades 2/3 and up) who already know all of their addition facts and just need to keep reviewing them so they don't forget. I don't need to sort the addition facts by groups so for them, I prefer one fact on one side and a different fact on the back. (For example, 2+1 on the front and 12+13 on the back.) My favorite flashcards for my OLDER kids are by FlashKids, for a variety of reasons.

Overall the subtraction cards are good quality and the rings are good for organizing them.Unfortunately 3 cards were printed with errors, resulting in an incomplete set of cards.UPDATE: I ordered another set of subtraction cards and this time they were all printed properly.

I really like the quality of these maths fact practice cards.I like that:1. they are very thick and durable2. they contain all facts from 0-12.3. they have the sum on one side and the answer to that sum alongwith a visual representation of the answer on the reverse.4. they are a good size i.e. larger than standard playing cards.Comes with 2 giant rings although we keep don't use the rings we keep them stored in the box the cards come in. I also bought the division facts in this set too.Great for facts practice.We use them daily jumbled up in random order. My daughter looks at each card and says the answer to herself and turns the card over to see if she got it right. If she did she puts in a right pile and if not she puts in a wrong pile. She practices like this daily. I've seen a marked improvement in her fact recall ability doing it this way. The cards we started with were homemade written on index cards and they're pretty beaten up now, and these are way more durable. So definitely pleased with my purchase.Price is not too bad compared to others aswell.

Used it couple time and see a difference. Very nice moisturizer.

My granddaughter is learning fast and often carries this with her.
