Oxy Mask Large OP-1125-8

Really like this face mask. I am on oxygen 24/7. I am a mouth breather during sleep. I wear this at night. Comfortable. My sats stay up. Will order a couple of spares.

Firstly the oxygen flow through this mask is brilliant.Secondly, it is very comfortable to wear, & in that regard I found the mention of a plastic smell by one Amazon purchasers opinion, in my view totally unfounded. Any plastic could smell out of the box but I never had that experience. Further, the mask is the perfect “go to” when I take off my Bi-Pap maskInstead of my regular cannula. I sleep with a Bi-Pap & use an Oxygen concentrator supply for daytime. The Oxymask is my favorite of all three masks. I am a permenant repeat customer.

Large size fits well-accommodates my beard and moustache! It does have a slight plastic smell.

I first came across this mask design in the hospital. I am on a high 02 flow and have been for years. As a patient on Eliquis, I would also experience nosebleeds, even with Ayr saline gel and a water bubbler humidifier. A student nurse brought a mask like this one to me and suggested that I give it a try. What a difference! My nose, ears, throat, and sinuses no longer hurt, and I rest easily at night. It really is very comfortable. The large size is nice, too, because I can speak/yawn without pulling the mask out of position. It is a bit inconvenient at mealtime; I keep a nasal cannula nearby to wear while I'm eating. As another reviewer mentioned, the plastic smell is a bit much right out of the package. I gave it a quick cloth wipedown with some white vinegar/soapy dish detergent on a wet paper towel, then went over it again with a paper towel with water only as a rinse. Don't submerge it or hold it under a faucet because water may get into your tubing.Anyhow, I recommend this mask 100% for those who are having nasal issues from their oxygen flow. I sure appreciate that kind young lady in the hospital who introduced me to it. She's going to make an incredible nurse!😊💖

I like how it feels at night while sleeping. I don’t like the one that goes in your nose and around your ears because it irritates my nose so bad where this mask was given to me in the hospital and now that I’m on oxygen at night it is a hole lot more comfortable.

I have used the regular size mask bit it seems small against my chin. Thought it would help but this one is too large. Although still good quality product.

I have facial hair and allergies so I get better oxygen if I use a mask vs. a cannula. I always hated the warmth and moisture under my mask but not more than I disliked having the cannula up my nose. This mask is open so no extra warmth, my mustache is dry, my face is dry and I can feel the oxygen hitting me just under my nose so I breathe it in easily and the mask itself is more comfortable where it touches my face than were previous masks. Highly recommend at least for low oxygen flow patients not sure if this would work for folks that need high flow oxygen. Best wishes for your health.

These masks have a very strong, chemical odor!!! I have had it out of the packaging now for several weeks and even hung it outside in fresh air. It still hasn’t finished off gassing and I’m chemically sensitive. Please make a low VOC mask in this design!!! People with chemical sensitivities cannot use this!
