I took this every day all winter long I took 2 every morning I love the taste I got the gummy brand and they really do taste like a little candy so you have to be careful and I took it every day and to tell you the truth I really didn’t get my normal winter cold. Maybe I felt under the weather for a day or two, but I didn’t have the sniffles the bodyaches you know the usual 10 day cold feeling so I don’t know if it was just me but I would give it a try. A friend introduced me to this over a year ago and I swear by it. I add one of these to my morning vitamin and meds routine if I feel cold symptoms or need a little extra support. I've also used the effervescent style, but generally prefer these tablets.Probably an odd aside, but I keep the sleeves in an Altoids tin and take some with me when I travel.
