I am a 36G and broke up with underwire bras last year but have struggled to find bralettes that fit. It’s either the cup is too small and the band fits, or the band fits and the cup is too big. These fit perfectly! No side spillage or bulging, no top spillage, no digging in the shoulders. Keeps them lifted comfortably. I would rate it as a high impact bralette/medium impact sports bra, definitely not a lounge bra but comfortable and supportive enough for daily wear and activities like lifting and yoga. The pads that came in it were crumpled due to shipment and not great quality, but I have some nicer ones from another purchase I can use in these if I choose.

I usually wear a size L in sports bras. I sized up to an XL according to the reviews and the sizing chart. So glad I did. The band is a little tight and tends to roll up and is also hard to get on but once its on, it feels pretty good and supportive. I couldnt possibly go bigger. Will get used to the fit. I probably wouldnt dry it in the drier. When washed, and not dried, the fabric softens up a bit. The band is still a bit too tight.

Sports bra can be comfy if you get the right size. I'm usually a medium (34/36B). Reading the other reviews I decided to go up a size so I got a large. It fits well but can see where others say it runs small. It is a little tight around the arms and rib cage but not where I'm thinking about it the whole time I'm wearing it. An XL might be more comfortable but I think the cup size would be too large for me and look funny. Overall I would just say to size up one or two depending on how comfy you want to be.

I really was impressed with the quality and fit of this sports bra. It didn't bind against me too much and the padding gives just enough -- it's not a comical pushup at all. I trained jiu jitsu, judo, and weights with these bras and they are my absolute favorite.Bonus tip: wash them in a bra bag to make sure the padding doesn't shift.

I love the look of these. They will go with any workout top or tank. The fit is very secure, so definitely true to size if you want it fitted. You may want to size up one if you want it looser. With my CrossFit workouts, I love the structure and support these give.

They’re so comfortable. They definitely do what they need to do. They hold everything in and they’re cut a little long so they sit right at the top of your ribs which I love. The only problem with that is that it can roll at the bottom but it doesn’t bother me much. I haven’t worked out in them yet but just from wearing them for a normal day I’m completely confident they’ll offer the right support needed for a good workout.

I typically wear a xl or large sports bra. I bought an xl. It's pretty tight getting on. But nothing is moving around and the fabric is a little stiff. So hopefully washing it will help. It's very cute would rate 7/10 overall
