This thing is a lifesaver. It is not meant to be worn while sitting down though; however, it does make walking & standing while pregnant so much better. My third trimester was so much easier once I purchased this product.

This was a great item to wear as I was nearing the delivery of my child. It provided some much needed support

Extremely disappointed in the sizing of this product. I was excited to find a plus size band as it's difficult to find almost any maternity product aimed at someone bigger than a size 16 pant. This product claims it goes up to 53", and since I measured at 49" (lower back and around lower belly), I thought no problem! I only have 2.5 months to go, so that should have me covered! Suffice to say, that was not the case.While I can put the band on, even on it's absolute loosest setting it pinches me terribly and rides up. I remeasured myself to make sure I haven't​ undergone some drastic change, but no, 49.5". Not including the Velcro (because it would have to attach to the fabric), the whole band is only 45" long, and including the Velcro it's only 49" long. While it does stretch, anything that has to stretch 8" (to the manufacturer specified 53") is not going to be comfortable, and in fact, the 4" it had to stretch for me made it fairly painful and it would not stay where it's supposed to.I'm not impressed. More than that, at 7.5mo pregnant I got to feel like an even fatter, more bloated beach ball than I already did, just what every hormonal, swollen woman needs. I am returning this item, but I am very disappointed with the manufacturer. I measured and researched before I ever made a purchase to avoid exactly this from happening, but due to poor specifications, I still had to go through yet another round of being made to feel too big for even plus-sized products. I'm wearing a size 18 (non-maternity, non-stretch) pant, that's barely in the plus-sized realm, yet this product which touts itself to "PLUS SIZE" women, boasting a "XXL" range, is not even close. They really need to correct this, because no pregnant woman should be made to feel like she's even bigger than she is. That is not okay.

Good product. I like that the snugness can be adjusted with the outer velcro straps. But I'm about 1 size too big for it to work well. It'll 'fit' , but it'll pop loose when I bend over or whatever. Not the product's fault.

I haven't used any other belly belts, so I have nothing to compare this too, but it did seem to relieve/prevent ligament pain when I used it for going on walks. It may have relieved some stress on my back as well.

I had severe round ligament pain and this helped relieve some of the pressure. Passing it down to my sis in law who is now 8 months pregnant with terrible low back pain.

Totally amazing. Easy to use and supportive where it needs to be. This is my third pregnancy and I wish I had it with my last two.

I use this for hip pain from sleeping on a hard mattress, and it works great..
