Great Pressure Cooker
The pressure cooker makes cooking your family's meals so efficient. The option to brown your meat and not have to change cooking utensils a wonderful timesaver.As a family we are trying to eat healthier.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
This product was a huge disappointment! I'm a competent cook who owns a conventional pressure cooker and several slow cookers, and this product falls far short of either. The heating element, located at the bottom (below the free-moving cooking pot) of the interior overheats whatever you're cooking in any mode (slow cook, pressure cook, steam, or warm) unless it's elevated on a trivet. The pressure cooker setting ruins pot roast cuts of beef - I've ruined too many to count! I'm a BIG FAN of BREVILLE products - I own the following Breville products; countertop oven, wok, toaster, and coffee grinder, but the Fast-Slow Cooker is a big loser and not worth the money.
