Can’t recommend it highly enough. I suffer lower back pain, and during episodes my abs “switch off” and I can’t consciously get them to re-engage (it’s psychological pain avoidance). This contraption enables me to stand/walk around/go upstairs where without it I’m shuffling. Good quality, has held up well with frequent use.

I’ve been wearing this while I’ve been working at my desk in the office. I chose this product because I wanted something affordable and wearable to help relieve my back pain. Before I would find myself slumped at my desk and this would cause pain in my back. With the posture corrector, I find I’m sitting up straighter and with my shoulders back. When I take it off, I have noticed that my back pain is reduced and is continuing to get better. It is a little uncomfortable to begin with, but after a while it becomes unnoticeable. I would advise wearing it no longer than 2 hours at a time, and not too tight as this will become uncomfortable. Overall I’m happy with the product and I have seen a positive difference in my posture and my back pain is reduced. Hopefully with continued use, this will continue to improve.

Know first of all, that it works. And it is not too expensive. Being so light, it can be fiddly to fit or put on, especially if your rotational mobility in your arms is not as good as it might be? Also it has extension straps for bigger people, and I am one. These straps are "velcro" extensions and can detach with tension when adjusting; and you need that tension for any efficacy. I am 6'4" and 48" chest, and I needed the extensions. Once that tension is on, it can become uncomfortable under the arms; but the instructions do warn the wearer to limit the time wearing the harness initially. But.......it does seem to be working (ie pulling my shoulders back and improving my posture) and it cost less the £15 delivered, so nothing to complain about!

Really pleased with this product it's comfortable and really helps improve my posture don't know I'm wearing it it fits perfectly. Highly recommend it

After working for over 30 years as a teacher my posture was not very good - all that crouching over a desk marking work, preparing lessons, writing reports. Consequently I've suffered with a bad back as well as a continual slouch. Now that I've retired I thought it was time to sort this out and straighten myself up a bit. After a lot of research I came across the Schiara posture corrector. It looked well priced so well worth taking a punt. I've been wearing it for up to two hours a day for a few weeks now and it is making a real difference. I've had to work with it - wearing it reminds you what shape your back and shoulders should be in so it gradually creates muscle memory for a good posture. I'm now finding that when I'm not wearing it I can still maintain a good posture - so it's working. And it's helping with back pain - this is slowly going. I'm a 5ft 8ins male so not the tallest, but after years of slouching I now feel taller and more confident so I'm really pleased with this piece of equipment.

Easy to assemble and comfortable to wear

Doesn't work. Tried it for a month, all it does is put strain on your muscles which doesnt fix your posture. The velcro straps are not practical. Tried to return but wasnt allowed so leaving this instead.

It's not so great. The straps and brackets constantly get twisted at the back when you put it on especially if it's by yourself, and after a few days I'm having new pain in my collar bone whilst still having the original neck pain I bought this hoping to help. The velcro pads already feel a little worn. It does fit my 36C chest without the extension.

Expensive for the quality

I have scoliosis and this brace has been the most comfortable to wear. I have a thick torso (apple shape) and I tried other braces available on this site that covered the whole torso, but they were very tight on me. The last brace I ordered was tight and the material did not breathe. So it will get real hot and apparently was cooking my insides because I started having serious stomach issues. I got this brace and started using it and my torso problems went away. I wear it for 8 hours a day in the evenings and it gives good posture as a result of wearing. It has velcro and the last one I got lasted for more than a year. I recommend this brace for its good design, it does the job, so you get good value.

Un poco incómodo pero cumple su función.

ho comprato questo prodotto per due motivi: volevo provare per capire se poteva aiutarmi con il mio dolore alle spalle e per il prezzo abbastanza economico. Devo dire che il prodotto in se è ben fatto e abbastanza pratico da usare e, rispetto alle mie aspettative, devo dire che funziona anche. Ovvio dopo un po' che lo indosso mi dà un certo fastidio ma la sensazione di alleggerimento sulle spalle e di miglioramento nella postura rimane per un bel po' anche dopo averlo tolto. L'ideale è usarlo con una maglietta leggera (o una tuta) quindi purtroppo lo posso usare solo un po' alla sera quando sono a casa. Comunque nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatto.
