Exceeded expectations
Given the pricing, my expectations were low for fit and finish. I was pleasantly surprised upon opening the box to see a fairly well executed piece (with compromise on finish quality only evident on the inside, where it wouldn’t be seen once mounted). A plus is that they perfectly matched the Jet Black paint of my 2008 128i, and helped to accentuate the M bumper that was added. Absolutely worth the price.

Obviously not real carbon fiber weave but I think they look amazing and the fit is absolutely perfect as long as you know what you're doing.

Meh, You pay for what you get
Installation was easy; remove the old ones, snap on the new ones boom 5 mins and your done. Carbon fiber “look” looks cool but the fitment is off by 1/8” or more. See the attached picture where there is a gap between the mirror cap and the outer frame of the mirror. Based on the fading of the original plastic you can see where the stock cap was fitted VS where these replacement caps fit. These mirrors look cool in the pictures from the front of the car but the poor fitment ruins it for me. I’ll be returning these and search for ones with a better fitment.

E92 m3 style mirror caps
Took a while to ship but there pretty decent quality considering the price of course the mirror cap gap is pretty close to original.

Poor fitment.
The clips on the bottom portion didn’t line up well at all. The mirror caps also had a good sized gap on the top and bottom if it did go on.Instead of returning, I smashed them instead. That way my return won’t go to someone else to have poor fitment.

Perfect fit and arrived on time
Package arrived one day early. Fits E82 perfectly and looks great! Very easy installation

Nice mirror upgrade
For the price these are a great upgrade, and look much better , giving an M3 mirror look for not much money, fitting is straight forward, unclip originals and clip these on
