This is a torque wrench, with a plastic handle and a Nike logo. It works just as it should. Don't think too much into this item, if you do then the torque wrench has already defeated you.

Worked perfect to adjust my nike driver! Clicks when you get it tight enough to prevent you from over tightening. Easy to make sure you get the right torque on it so you dont over/under torque it!
