Very well constructed and looks like the character

Can't beat the sale price on this "Baze Malbu" 6" TBS fig. I bought this one and his corresponding partner "Chirrut Îmwe" from the same seller at the same time. Thinking they would be in same box and hopefully arrive in better shape that way. They arrived in 2 different box's? This one was packed in correct size box and a bit of paper. Factory box looked great. So I was happy since some show up damaged it seems. But the Chirrut had no paper and a bigger box. So it slid around and got scratched a bit. Not BAD. But I'm a collector so it's important. Overall, Very Happy I bought BOTH. Just odd that they shipped separately and differently.

He has great likeness. Figure is a little stiff in the articulation department.

I wanted to pick up this series figures when they first came out, but they did not look good. This version is much better due to the facial effects and the better detail done to these figures.

Baze and Chirrut were two characters I liked from Rouge One. Of course I had to get the figures and eventually did.I had thought the Black series were supposed to be more towards high end. My wife later told me there were levels to the black series. I did not know that. One thing that is very obvious is the lack of articulation in this figure. My cheaper smaller figures have way more articulation. What does move was extremely stiff. For the arms look for the joint at the elbow. Press with enough strength to move them. Not too much as you don’t want to break them. Keep at it as they will eventually move. Once they do; move the arms back and forth and it will get noticeably easier. Do the same for the legs.The feet are a problem. They suffer from design rather then being stiff. These do limit the posing ability.I have read a couple comments of the backpack plug. Cases of it being a little loose. Mine was not. It did take a little effort to insert. However, I can see this becoming loose with frequent removal and installing.Now inserting the part to the gun did take effort. If you press two hard you can bend the two parts behind the insert part. I ended up using my two thumb nails. Inserted one side and then with a little effort inserted the other. After that; it felt like it would not come out too easily.Detail wise?….it’s pretty good though I think the face could have been a little better. The back of the knees could have been better. They skimped and the moving parts are obvious and kind of gives it a droid look.Other then that? This is a display figure. Not exactly something to play with.

One of the most detailed Black series figure I have. The facial detail is very close to the actor's and the weapon and accessories are all nicely painted. Head articulation is a tad limited due to the character's long hair while its back-packe may shift the weight to the rear, easily remedied with Blutac on its feet. Overall a great figure for all Rogue One fans.
