I thought hey, for the money I will buy just the glass and if it does work yay, if it doesn't I'll buy the combo glass + LCD.You will not find ANY accurate tutorials for just replacing the glass. They will tell you that you remove screws from the LCD. That is older models of iPad mini. The current one, the LCD is glued in place. You WILL break the LCD screen and have to replace both the glass and LCD. Save yourself the headache and tears and fork out the money for a premounted screen with both LCD and glass, or buy a new IPAD.
