We figure it out!
OK. Make sure you read the really long review from the guy who figured out how the remote actually works. Once you have the fixture installed also install the remote control right above your light switch. For all intents and purposes your light switch no longer exists to you. If you use the light switch you will not be able to set the LED light setting. Never touch your light switch again. Mount the remote right where your light switch used to be. Your new light switch is the button in the center that turns the light on. If you use that button to turn the light on and off like you normally would have the light switch, you will be able to set your favorite LED light setting and it will not change . If you hit the light in the center and then hit it again it will change the light. If you turn the light off and then turn it back on again it will change the light. So finally say that you like and then use the button in the center of the remote like you with the light switch and every time you turn off the light you will turn it on to the LED setting that you chose .

Remote Failed, but seller made it right
This took an extra MONTH to arrive (due to the port issues).Once it arrived, I installed it the same day. Not a "HARD" install, but the wires were pretty short.It did not come with a battery for the remote or any indication of what battery to put in it.After contacting the seller, I was told that it uses A23 batteries, and was able to buy some at my local grocery store.First impressions, it worked well and we liked it.Fast forward less than 3 months of having it in my bedroom and the remote died. If you put a new battery in it, the battery got HOT instantly and the remote did not work.I contacted the seller, and they immediately sent troubleshooting instructions to me. When it was determined that the remote was the problem, they sent out a replacement remote and control unit (in case it had an issue as well). Due to shipping delays for overseas packages, it took a bit of time to get the remote, but I was able to immediately pair it with the fan and it works perfect again!Good product, but GREAT customer service!

Love this.
I love this fan so much super easy to set up and love the remote and colors. The fan is strong only thing is it’s not silent it’s kinda loud but over all I love this.

Hard to install and super small, but lovely
Had to call an electrician to install it because it's not exactly "easy to install" and I really wish it was bigger and sat lower from the roof (and my place is tiny, like, living on a budget tiny. So the roof isn't very high up to begin with, for it to almost be flush with the roof) and the lights do NOT fade/dim. However the fan blows hard (which is surprising and pleasant considering how small it is) and the light does change between white and gold. I don't regret the purchase, I would have wanted a bigger size.

Light stops working
JUNK JUNK JUNK NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I loved this fan so much but now the light won't work the fan does but the light flickered twice then nothing. None of the trouble shooting works, it's under a year old . I am so bummed NO HELP NO ANSWERS TROUBLE SHOOTING DOES NOTHING

Purchased for my top floor bedroom with angled ceiling.
The ceiling fan in my bedroom broke. My room is pretty small and I thought I'd replace it with something better suited for the room's size. My son installed it pretty easily and the remote works great. Since my bedroom is upstairs, it's always warm. I run the fan portion of it all the time. It's quiet, makes a nice breeze, and it's hard to tell there are fan blades. So much better than the unsightly, very old ceiling fan I had prior.

Beautiful and Perfect
The media could not be loaded. This fan was purchased in the White version. It is beautiful! I purchased this for my 4 year olds room. The room has bunk beds and I was concerned about a regular fans blade being too close. This is beautiful! It is a perfect sized and is bright. I would highly recommend this product; it was easy to put up and it looks like a million dollars!
