The seller is very reliable

The package arrived with missing pieces and broken pieces. There is metal bar that holds the structure together at the bottom and one of the prongs was bent out. There response was “happened in delivery process” so they couldn’t send me a replacement piece even though it is a vital price that keeps the structure together. Once the pieces arrived and I put the equipment together (after trying to figure out the illusive instructions), and I tried it out. It was beyond loud. My floor was shaking. The work out was hardly anything worth mentioning because it wasn’t one. It is just a massive sound machine, frail, and definitely not worth the price. It is over priced scrap metal.**DO NOT PURCHASE**

Handle broke
Very easy to assemble. As soon as I got on, within less than a minute the handle broke. Contacted the seller and waiting for response…but other than that seems pretty good so far.UPDATE: The seller responded and sent the part needed....sent two actually. Thank you!

Do not buy this item. Mine fell apart in 2 days and seller did everything they could not to give me a replacement. I could return it but it's easier to throw it away. Don't waste your money. I would give this item zero stars if that were an option.

Take a chance
I needed replacement parts and they gave them to me but it took a while. Would give 4 and 1/2 stars. Minor inconvenience great workout.
