The flavour is very pleasant but it is very densely crystallised. Tried the hot water remedy which made little difference. As I use honey in cooking, drizzling is impossible.Disappointed, wont order again.

Very high quality product, with a delicate sweetness, highly recommended. Don’t be afraid if it comes crystallised, this is natural and easy to turn in to a runny state, just put the jar in warm water.

I bought this honey as recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The honey is crystallised upon opening, which tasted a bit like a sugary, yet healthier treat. It is surprisingly easy to spread on toast (which I highly recommend), and also melts in to porridge nicely once heated as per instructions. It's a little pricer than I would normally spend on honey, however given that it's sent in its pure form, along with the delicious flavour and different texture options, I'm really glad I purchased this.

This is a top quality and delicious honey. I was a little concerned at first that is came crystallised but read that’s because it’s raw and natural. You can put in warm water to make it more runny but it’s actually great as it is spread on warm toast.

100% sugar it's not honey, I received a product with frozen bottle, honey will never freeze

A delicious full-bodied honey, with a very unique taste which could be attributed to the thyme. The taste lingers on your taste buds for a while longer so you saviour the moment longer.I brought this honey on a whim and a prayer and I found it more tasty than Manuka Honey, which tells you a lot.Very earthy honey, which I I would certainly recommend it as it's excellent value for money.
