These cycling shoes are perfect and look like I am going 100mph on my peloton, but that not the best part, talk about their customer service!! I made a mistake of ordering the wrong size and throwing away the box that the shoes came in. I contacted their customer service about the dilemma and asked if they can do something about it, or If I can order the right size and put the incorrect size in the other box. They contacted me immediately and without hesitation to resolve it for me. I was amazed by their customer service and prompt response.

We set up a return for these shoes and we’re immediately contacted by the company offering to send a replacement pair. It appears that there was a deformity causing the shoe to not fit properly with the Peloton. The new pair work as expected. Exceptional customer service. Thank you

I love these shoes. They are so much more comfortable then my last pair. Easy to put on and tighten.

Bought these for my son to use with our Peloton. They are about 1/2 size larger than expected, but still close enough. I was surprised how similar they were to my actual Peloton shoes. The strapping is virtually identical, with the “ratcheting” top strap to get a perfect fit. Also, they were already assembled, and ready to wear, straight out of the box. Would absolutely buy again.

Exactly as described, they fit perfect. Easy to set them up, sturdy and comfortable shoes, great price, fast delivery, no hassle. Very please with this product and I look forward to use them. If I need to order again, I would definitely buy them again.

When I first tried to use these, I left a poor review because they didn't seem to fit my Peloton and that was the reason I bought them. I didn't think of contacting either the shoe company or Peloton. By that point, I was just really frustrated and I was outside of my return window.The company contacted me and offered a refund, and at the same time I was figuring out what was wrong with the pedals that they wouldn't fit the shoes, they also offered to help troubleshoot why the shoes didn't work. They really wanted to make it right (even though nothing was wrong, I just had to adjust the pedals).I also really appreciate that the shoes came with its own little wrench to put the clips on. The other pair I ordered from a different company didn't and those little wrenches can be so hard to find.
