Nothing wrong with the book. It is great, very informative on the foundations of symbolic logic. What I am wondering is why did it take so long to get here. March 8th, today, the information on the page says it will take until the 17th to get to it's destination. I bought it on Jan 22nd, and did not get it until March 7th. 6 weeks. Is it a print-on-demand book? I did not see any reference to that on the page. That would explain the long delay. However, if not, then why?

The book was clearly typeset with LaTeX, thus making its horrendous typesetting even more egregious of an offence. The words are too large and jumps out at you. The layout is both bland and uncomfortable to read. The margins are way too small, and for some inexplicable reason the inner margins are of the same size as the outer margins, resulting in words being scrunched together near the gutter. At least the paper is nice.
