Poor quality!
Terrible quality! The rope disconnected for one hook within 3 hours and the other hook started to oxidize and rust within 2 weeks in a chlorine pool. My original that came with the pool is now back on as it is in better shape 3 years old than this was within 3 hours!

Item measures less than advertized 18 feet (fully stretched only gets 17 feet)
Item measures only 17 feet (1 foot less than advertised). This is at its fullest stretch. Disappointed. In general, the product appears to be quite functional; however, I had to add an extension to get it to fit my pool (measured at 18 feet). Left two emails with the company to discuss...which they say will be answered in 12-24 hours. Still have not heard back from them (several weeks). Good product, not measured correctly...and customer service is horrible.
