I really liked these at first, but then after 6 months the shaker that held our pepper stopped working. We changed the batteries, cleaned it out and nothing. Sounded like the motor went. Contacted the seller to get a replacement and was told that since it was over 6 months, there was nothing they could do. These weren’t cheap so I am not happy. I will be reporting the seller to Amazon. Don’t waste your money with a seller that doesn’t stand behind their product.

Had this salt and pepper shakers for a month now. It’s been fantastic saving hours of grinding the old pepper twisty haha.But upon marinating my steaks it seems a peppercorn got stuck and now it has cracked the top and won’t produce any more grinder pepper.

I was a bit skeptical when I saw how many batteries were required but thought it wouls last a long time . The pepper which I have used numerous times is still operating great and I like the light. I rarely use salt so after about 3 or 4 times using it the salt stopped working. I tested the batteries that were a bit low. I got 6 new batteries , tested them and put in the salt mill...no luck...not working. Very disappointed

The actual product is well thought out with enough room to hold at least a month of Salt or pepper. It is easy to refill later on. The size and weight is great and blue light is a nice touch. Only downside is it does not seem durable if only works for not even 3 months of use. :-(

I bought a set of these last year for my mother who has arthritis. She loves them. Always takes them down to the cafeteria at her residence so everyone at the table can use them. I decided I would like to have a set as well for the holidays. Didn't even get to use for our holiday dinner. One was working fine. The other as dead as a doornail. My husband tested the batteries which were fine. Wanting to return, as obviously faulty, and am told I need to pay for shipping to get a refund. At least if I purchased direct from a store I wouldn't have to do so. Do not recommend.
