Good price/good quality....attractive...
So far so good. Installed the first one. Competitive price. Basic but quality parts. Love the option of being able to pop the drain plug up and off to clear the debris basket.

I like the tight feeling of the handle.no leaking so far and it's easy to clean.update: customer service is amazing!To start off, it was simply my fault - i tried to clean the cover plate with that green scotch-brite cleaning pad, and it simply ruined it.I repeat, please do not clean it with that green pad, or that stainless steel scouring pad.To clean, ALWAYS spray general bathroom cleaner and wipe off with soft cloth. it's very easy.Anyway, i've contacted the customer service, asking if they can sell a cover plate separately. To my surprise, they simply sent me a new one. I just received it and switched the old one off.So naturally I'm very satisfied with the customer service, and the product as well.Again, be gentle, always clean with a soft cloth!

Very nice replacment
The faucet looks very nice in person, and I really liked the drain. With that being said I bought 2 of them for my master bath. First one everything went fine, the second one after everything was installed I turned on the water supply and Water was shooting everywhere from the faucet... LOL. Well I removed it and found that the cold water inlet was not even hand tight in the housing of the faucet. I'm sure I could have bought a tool to tighten it but I have plenty of old cheep 7/16 box wrench's, so after making a tool that would fit and making sure the line was tight this time it works great.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great faucet! Unfortunately the drain did not come with it and was a mistake but I contacted the seller and they offered a partial refund so their service deserves a 5 star too.

Comes with the wrong drain for vessel sink
Expect to buy the correct non-overflow drain if yiu buy this faucet for a vessel sink. The listing is WRONG as it days it comes with a non overflow drain, but it does not. The faucet is of nice quality and works fine. When installing the faucet however, i realized that the drain that came with it is an overflow drain for a regular sink and not a vessel sink. I contacted the seller and reported the problem. The seller refused to help unless I sent pictures. When I sent pictures of the problem, they argued that the overflow drain will work just fine with my sink. It definitely will not work as the vessel sink has a much shorter drain section and requires threads that go all the way up under the drain lip. Rather than argue with them I just ordered the correct drain.

High Quality, Great Value
The media could not be loaded. I was honestly skeptical of buying this due to the low price, I was so nervous It would not be good quality. But completely blew my mind. Saw the same one at Lowe’s, same design and quality for $100 and found a similar one on Amazon for $35.!!! Use this for my rental property and it turned out amazing. No leaks beautiful design and looks expensive but a great deal
