Heavy duty, industrial strength Velcro straps. Pliers may be needed to pull the straps free.
That the Velcro straps are heavy duty, industrial strength and that pliers may be needed to pull the straps free. This is not a joke. I'm completely serious.

Awesome Headgear
This headgear is so much better made than the Phillips OEM headgear. This Velcro is rock solid and the material is more like the original OEM headgear before they cheapened it.

This strap is way too stiff, not like the Philips soft straps
This strap is much stiffer and the material is much thicker than the Philips straps. I struggled with it several evenings thinking it would wear in. It never did. I gave up and ordered a Philips strap.

Probably great for some masks, unfortunately not for mine
What?? A 3 star rating when Comfort, value and ease of use are all 3 or 4 stars? Read on and find out why. Or don't and forever remain puzzled.First of all if you are one of the people that think you are so smart you don't need to read instructions, get that nonsense out of your tiny brain. If you read but don't understand the instructions, read and do each step in turn. It'll get obvious and all will be well. Don't complain if you refuse to read, or just won't follow instructions.I hesitated to buy this because of a no refund policy. Then I read a review in which the seller told the customer "of course you can return it--" I can't find that review now so if anyone can enlighten me--Now, for the device. The straps are a lot more hefty then any OEM product I have used over the past several years. The hook and loop fasteners (think Velcro, but Velcro is a brand name and these aren't Velcro) work better than on any other CPAP mask I've used. The fasteners hold tight, in fact pulling them apart is a challenge until you remember it's not your old harness system.I tried this on a Resmed F30, and it looked promising. However, I had to lay flat on my back for proper operation. If I turned to ether side I got an air leak around the mask. Readjust the strap, fine, until I move again. The Resmed harness is a 4 point connect, but there is an extra strap that pulls the system together at the top of your head. Without that the mask will have a sloppy fit. There may be a way to rig this harness to work the same way, but I don't feel like sewing and designing someone else's product.Again, it is non-returnable as far as Amazon''s official policy, and as far as this sellers policy, I THINK I saw that they would accept returns within 30 days, but I can't find that reference now that I need it. But if you see that someone has had success with your mask brand and model, go for it. It's a quality product.Revision, Jan 17, 21:OK, I'm confused. Either a bunch of people bought something else and decided to review whatever the heck it was on this products page, or they decided that this product includes stuff that it clearly does not. Let's take a look, shall we---The description clearly says "Universal CPAP Headgear Strap for ResMed CPAP Masks & Respironics CPAP Masks- Straps Compatible w/Most CPAP Supplies ResMed Masks- Max Comfort (Mask, Clips NOT Incl)"If we break that down: Universal CPAP Headgear Strap". That's all it says as far as the product that is being sold. Then it says "for ResMed CPAP Masks and Respironics CPAP Masks" See that, it says FOR these masks. It does NOT say it includes the mask, no where no how. So, how the heck did ANYONE expect to get a mask out of the deal? Even the picture that some think is the mask is not a mask, it's a stylized illustration. Really, people--look at it.Next--"Compatible w/MOST---" It doesn't say ALL, it says MOST.Then, it says "(Masks, clips NOT included)". Now, from that I'd think that I wouldn't get a mask, nor would I get clips. Probably won't get a hose, CPAP machine, or dog treats, even though it doesn't say that specifically. So, what the heck are some of you reviewing--something not for sale on this item description, that's pretty clear to even my moderately literate 3rd grade kid. This is the fault of the review system. It allows someone to write a completely random review whether it relates to the product or not.If someone is complaining about something that is clearly not in the product description, and on some cases not even the same product at all, it should not even be allowed to be posted.Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that the sleeves are too long, the boots fell off my dogs feet, and it overcooked my stew.

Size is perfect
Very satisfied with both the quality and price of this mask. Other sites wanted almost double the price of what is on amazon.

Perfect!!
The strap my CPAP mask came with stretched out over the last year, making it impossible to use my machine. Even worse, when I would call for a new one, they sent me a strap that didn’t work with the mask I already had. Driving 80 miles out of my way wasn’t an option with gas prices the way they are. Buying this strap on Amazon was the best decision I made! It fits my mask perfectly and is far stronger and better quality than the one I was originally provided! Saved me a ton in gas money and now my mask fits perfectly and comfortably every time!Highly recommend!
