This rug is absolutely perfect. The size was just right for the area in my laundry room. It is a nice thickness and weight stays in place great. Love the color and it doesn't show dirty from peoples shoes coming in from outside.

Forgive the mess, should have taken pictures before Thanksgiving meal prep. These made me happy right out of the box! Colors are great for my space, they adhere to the floor and stay in place. They are washable which is a plus, but I haven’t washed them yet. Probably need it now lol. I’ve never put a rug in the kitchen before and I LOVE IT! We do a lot in our kitchen and it’s always dirty in front of the island. This helps greatly to just shake crumbs off outside. The kitchen rug is showing wear from the constant foot traffic so I imagine it will need replaced annually, we shall see. But at this price point I am still tickled with this amazon purchase and will continue to buy these over the ugly Costco options I’ve been buying. They are nice and soft on the feet. What are you waiting for? Just buy it.

This rug, placed over tile, does not skid or slip around. It stays put. It has enough texture to wipe your feet upon, while not being too thick for a door to open over with about 3/4" clearance. I haven't had it long enough to testify to its washability or durability, but it feels durable, comes rolled, and lies flat.

This rug is lovely, we’ll made & colorful. The fabric is plush & the good rubber a king keeps it on the floor without sliding around. Love it & highly recommend!

I got 2 runners to go on either side of my bed. Very pretty and I like the colors and pattern. They are washable, always good since I have dogs! They keep my feet warmer than walking on chilly laminate floors. Quality seems to be good also.

If you need a rug that is machine washable this is the one for you. Some rugs that say they can be put in a washer are really too stiff and done scrunch up to fit. This one has a rubber backing that is pliable. Washed and dried perfectly. I have a senior dog with bladder issues and she occasionally can't hold it in. It's a perfect rug for pets. Plus, it's soft on the feet and the colors are beautiful. I'm sold!

I first purchased the beige background of this rug, and it was slightly defective and too light for my floor. I exchanged it for the dark gray background, and we love it! It fits in front of the cabinets and dishwasher to catch any water, food prep bits, and general dirt. It doesn't show dirt at all with the darker background, it stays flat and doesn't slide at all, and it's easy to clean up small spots, or throw it in the washer when the whole thing needs to be cleaned. I highly recommend this rug!!

I'm a fan of Maples Rugs. US company, great colors and designs. I love that they are rubber backed. I dont need or want thick plush heavy carpeting everywhere. I actually prefer a thin rug, but that comes at the cost of needing a separate backer to keep them in place. I had stumbled upon a Maples Rug several years ago that was large enough to use as an area rug and had good rubber backing. I loved it, and I still have it, but recently I retired it as my mood for something else came up (now I use it outside). I didnt replace it with another Maples, if only because I didnt see the color/pattern I wanted. But I imagine at some point I will. Then there are other areas of the house where I have smaller Maples Rugs- in front of doors, etc. I have probably 6 rugs of assorted sizes from this brand. I just like it, a lot.Yes, they are thin, light, but that rubber backing is where it is at for me. If you need thick, plush, then seek elsewhere. I totally understand. These may not be for everyone because of the lightweight factor. On the plus side, no matter the size, they fold up or roll up easily for storage.When I decided to get a new little rug for my step dad, I immediately set out to look at Maples Rugs. He had a rubber backed rug that was falling apart and no longer had any grip on his ceramic floor. I bought this as a Christmas gift and he began using it immediately. I can toe it a little and it moves, so not sure if it is a matter of the rubber not being as grippy as my others, or it is simply the flooring that it is on. He has it in a cold spot of the house on a slick ceramic floor. Basically in a breezeway between kitchen and heading out to the garage. But it does slide around, and is way better than what he had.One note on vacuuming. I find that using the non beater bar option (like a floor option) is better than the carpet option. These are short knap, and the beater bar could eventually pull up on the fibers. Best to shake out the rugs and then vacuum floor, or just gently go over the rug itself. Can be washed in washer no problem.
