My fiance broke his old cow mug and so i got this for him to replace the one he had to through away and now thats his favorite mug he uses every single day

When the mug arrived I was a little nervous because it didn't have alot of packaging, so I thought it might have cracked. I checked in the box and it was PERFECT no cracks the paint and glaze were in tact. this is going to be perfect for my besties birthday gift!

I ordered this mug for my niece as a Christmas gift and when we opened it, the mug handle was broken. We received a replacement pretty quickly.

Returned the first mug because it was missing a spot of glaze on the inside. Return went smoothly. Replacement mug has thin glaze in one spot, so we decided to keep it. After one use, a crack appeared on the inside. After two uses the crack became discolored and glaze on outside started to craze. Would not recommend.
