I read all the great reviews on this pillow and decided to give it a try. I don’t like super soft pillows that go flat as soon as you put your head on them. I like it to be firm and really cradle my neck. I tried this pillow last night for the first time and got the best nights sleep that I have gotten in many years. It’s comes compressed flat but with some fluffing and time to expand it took on its shape. It is also very well made and has a removable washable case as well. I have finally found the PERFECT pillow!!

I’m a side sleeper and a back sleeper so finding a good pillow is a struggle. I do usually have to change pillows every 6 months or so. But, I can say that for the past month this pillow has made my sleep significantly more comfortable. My neck still gets that dratted crick in it every night, but no pillow has ever helped with that. I give this pillow a 5 star review because:1) my neck doesn’t hurt worse when I wake up2) My shoulders and back no longer ache when I wake up.I do think this pillow could be better if they add a cooling gel part.I have chronic pain and anything that helps me get real, actually restful sleep is pretty a-okay in my book.I can easily suggest this pillow to others with chronic pain. I won’t say that it’s everything I could ever want in a pillow. But I can say it’s the best I’ve come across in recent memory

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I can't tell you how many pillows I've purchased that all let me down in one way or another. They go flat so quick and then it's spending money on another hoping for a miracle.This one may be the one! This pillow is made from memory foam bits. This mean it bounces back. Fairly malleable which is great to lift where you need a little extra, or punch it down flatter. It molds into one mostly solid pillow once situated so you don't really feel the bits. Best part is one it gets to flat or into a shape you don't like, shake up the bits and it comes right back to life!I dare say my pillow hunt may be over for the time being.

This pillow is marketed as "firm", but it is nothing of the kind. It completely collapses when I put the weight of my head on it.It also arrives in a useless, completely flattened state with instructions to run it through a dryer to fluff it. I do not have a dryer, and in any case, I should not have to do work to make a pillow usable. I had to follow the hand-fluffing instructions, which are a huge pain. I have bought about 50 pillows in my life, and no one has ever had the audacity to sell me an unusable pillow and tell me it's my job to make it usable. How hard is it to just ship an actual pillow in a pillow-sized package?I kept this pillow because my girlfriend, who prefers very not-firm pillows, likes it (a testament to how wildly inaccurate it is to market it as "firm") – but if I had wanted to return it, it would have been completely impossible to get it back into the box it came it, since it came compressed and had since been decompressed. I would have needed special machinery to repackage it in the original box. Therefore I would have needed to source my own return box and would have been unable to use Amazon Locker returns.

So far, this pillow is great! When it arrives you will receive clear instructions on how to care for your pillow. You need to put it in the dryer for 10 minutes to fluff it up and then remove filling to your desired firmness. I didn't take any filling out because I wanted to use it "as-is" for a couple of nights first.The pillow is heavy and has a lot of bulk to it. My neck has felt pretty good using this pillow. I have neck issues, so that is the first thing I noticed. I am typically a back sleeper and found that the pillow supported my head and neck well. Going forward, I may need to remove some fill of because it's a little bulky right now. Although, with use it may naturally compact a bit. You can wash the pillow to perk it back up too!If I have any issues after using this pillow for a while, I will update this review.
