It gives me energy throughout the day. I take one drop in the morning before work and another at lunch time. It minimizes your appetite and boosts your energy level. I have had no side effects and no issues with my stomach. The taste is really good.

Tastes great
Would give it 5 stars but the rubber bulb doesn’t suck enough up to fill to the 1 ml line. Works great, not bitter.
