The packaging however not good top came off while shipping and all the liquid spilled.

The flavor is nothing like what you expect & doesn't taste at alllike the ginger that comes with sushi

Incredible fresh taste with a bit of a zing, perfect for sushi. Better than what's served in most Asian restaurants. Not inexpensive but worth every bite, will be purchasing more. My take try it you'll like it.
