C-MAP Reveal Coastal Charts for Marine GPS Navigation with Shaded Relief, Hi-Res Bathymetry, Vectors, Custom Depth Shading

As new catamaran owners, we needed some knowledgeable assistance to load/operate this program but got zero help. ZERO. Only a young woman tell us to call Raymarine. I would not recommend this product unless you don’t need any help at all.

I purchased this card for my NSX 9”. Installed the unit and turned it on and it doesn’t seem to be compatible. C-Map website indicates compatibility, but I have been unable to reach someone there. Will update with further findings. Been almost a week and I’ve still not heard anything back from Simrad or C-Map. For $250 bucks, the customer service sucks!!**Update**Contacted Navico and they confirmed chart # M-NA-Y206-MS (NSS compatibility) is NOT compatible with SIMRAD NSX units. C-Map is horsedoodoo for customer service. If you need Baja California/ SoCal region chart for NSX you will need Chart# M-NA-T-206-R-MS. If it weren’t for Satellite/Shaded relief function, I would not waste my time, nor money with C-Map. Almost two weeks of emails as calls, and I finally got an answer, FROM NAVICO!, not C-Map.

cmap customer service is aware that they are misleading consumers that this chip works on ALL simrad chart plotters after hours of hold time and arguing.. IT DOES NOT !

This chip does not work right! It takes time to build the graphics as you are moving, the bottom graphics are then overlayed with a solid green square covering over!!!

Sim Rad NSX will not run it. C-map coastal that came with NSX works fine.

Alaska. Simply appears blank in Kodiak Alaska in both of my Lawrance head units.
