Best pans
I love tramontina pans. I have always used and loved them and they’re inexpensive.

Nice if you take care of them
Just like most other pans with stick proof coatings, these will get scratched if you use metal utensils on them, but otherwise they are great pans. They sit flat on glass top stoves, and therefore heat seems to be evenly distributed.

Not a good showing of this type.
I've been on a journey to find the ultimate egg pan. Yes. I am looking for a pan that I use exclusively for eggs. I've used teflon, and ceramic, and now this. I got it because my house mates have a set of hard anodized aluminum pans they've been using for like 8 years and they're perfectly fine. I figured I'd go for some of my own, and recognized the brand. Not good.Using bamboo and wood utensils in one of the pans and it's already scratched up. The eggs now stick to it, which defeats the purpose of the pan. It's been like... A couple months.Pass. If you're using them for other stuff, it's probably fine. But trying to make a perfect omelette, and you're gonna have a bad time after a while.

It works as advertised but I'll know more later as to its longevity.
It is being used in our home on a pretty regular basis and works well. Thanks!
