dimensions of metal plate without accounting for the Wheel's dimensions?

Dear customer, the metal plate dimension size is 5.31 * 2.95 * 1.38 inches / 135 * 75 * 35mm.

Does any one know how the car is supposed to steer? Is there another kit that lets the front wheels turn for steering?

This uses "skid steer" technology vs classic car like RWD and front wheel steering. Skid steer is like a Caterpillar Bobcat. You can spin around in place but the wheels have to skid. Each has it's pros and cons. The 3rd steering option is 2WD and a single roller/ball/caster at the other end.
