Ziva-Indulge Dual Dynamic Driver Detachable Cable Musician's in Ear Monitors -ClSmk

I am a musician/singer and wanted some good in-ear stage monitors for our church. These looked good and the price was attractive for a dual-driver model. I was a bit hesitant because these had not yet been reviewed anywhere and I couldn't even find a website for this company. I was excited to receive them and was very impressed by the looks of these. They appeared to be high quality and well built. I was extremely impressed by the richness of the bass frequencies. The bass reminded me of my $150 Bose "can" style headphones. The one thing I really don't like about these is that they are really lacking in the upper-mid and treble frequencies. I wouldn't even hesitate to give these things 5 stars if there was more detail and clarity in the upper-mids and highs. This was very disappointing to me, because I really wanted to like these. I still feel like they are a good deal for the money, but if you like clarity, detail, and a full spectrum of higher frequencies, you might not want to buy these. If you have the ability to do some pretty serious graphic or shelving EQ, you can add in some much needed highs in to your liking. For what it's worth, I had 2 of my musician buddies that I highly respect try them. One guy felt the same as me and was pretty disappointed. The other guy really liked them and thought the highs were fine. He wasn't crazy about the way they fit him, but that would be a whole other review. :-) I'm curious to know what others think about these.
