NOT easy OR simple! Doesn't assemble fully AT ALL
I would NOT recommend this product or company whatsoever! 1st. The instructions that are written under the images, they don't match up! 2nd. Yes, each pole does extend, with the use of simple pliers (not provided). 3rd. The edges of the hollow poles are sharp and dangerous, could cut your hand while you try to get them into the mesh gate. 4th. One pole fit in one slot, the other pole does NOT fit. Once you get to the end of pole where it is larger, it's too wide for the slot and now mine is stuck! 5th. Says NO SCREWS NEEDED. Then WHY do they include screws and hardware like that? Just as an alternative option? If you have a larger dog/pet, this gate will not work or hold, unless of course you DO choose to screw it permanently to the wall. Also, small pets, like my 5 pound dog, can escape under the gate where the poles don't go all the way to.. leaving flappy material. I'm very annoyed, and disappointed, and confused!

Perfect for our Maltese
I used ribbon to attach to handrails.(I did not want to have to remove the sticky hooks.)I did not use the metal poles it came with, I think it would be too heavy for the ribbon. But it is absolutely perfect for us and of course the price is great!!

Safety gate
I like the safety net but it's only good for my smaller dogs my other dog is a little bigger then what would be considered a medium dog and she can take it down in a sec the second night it was up she busted one of the loops that attach to the hooks in the wall without alot of effort, the metal hooks that you screw into the wall are pretty sturdy but the self stick plastic hooks are no good possibly hold up to small dogs, the netting used isn't bad, all in all I would say this is a good safety net to use for small dogs but not for a medium size dog and up, if you have smaller dogs it's worth the money to block off stairs or doorways or halls you don't want your dog in or on for their safety I wouldn't recommend for any dogs other then smaller dogs

The loops are tearing after a couple days
The sticky hooks DO NOT STICK, so I used the metal hooks provided. They’re very sharp and if you place the loops on them instead of in them, it starts to tear the elastic almost instantly. Sad. It works for what it’s meant to. Just not sure for how long.

Poorly put together
It was exactly what I wasn’t looking for. When I bought this I wanted the minimal amount of damage to my walls. It had the sticky hooks and also the metal ones you could screw into the wall. First the sticky hook took off all the paint on my wall. Then after deciding that I would put the metal hooks up, I used the gate for about 2 weeks. I noticed the elastic loop on the gate was coming apart at the seams. Mind you I bought the 2 pack. They both have fallen apart and are useless. I bought these to block off my kitchen and steps. These definitely were not worth my time, money, or hooks in my walls

Would not buy again
This was the worst the poles would not fit in the holes the elastic strap broke ! It’s not sturdy at all and the poles would close all the way down and where stuck so I altered it put 4 sturdy non collapsible made the holes bigger and put new elastic for the stretchy hook! So now at least no sagging I just did not have a easy time with the whole thing!

Recommend. Very convenient.
Love being able to turn it to fut the open space. I also love how you can roll it up to make room for underneath. Not as sturdy as a plastic or wooden gate but worth the purchase for convenience. I used hooks and command strips I already had so there is no damage to my walls.

Smart puppies figure it out quick
Love how they can disappear or be put on one side. Don’t take up the space of regular gates. Draw back hard to get them to the bottom of the wall with molding. Pup figured it out quick
